Rawang Seafood reserves the right to alter the price of our seafood and products without prior notice. Prices may vary greatly due to the availability of our fish according to the daily catch. However, we will always honour the price at the point of sale.

Weight

​

Rawang Seafood reserves the right to supply goods with a weight difference. The weight of seafood delivered to you will be roughly different depending on the type of product. Rawang Seafood always seeks to provide the minimal weight difference upon the customer's order.

Availability

​

Products sold by Rawang Seafood are subjected to availability. We cannot control and ensure the amount of fishing yield as all our seafood is caught from the sea daily. A full refund will be made in the event of product unavailability.

Delivery

 

Delivery times are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions & other unforeseen circumstances. Rawang Seafood reserves the right to deliver only to the shipping address. In the event of delivery failure due to customer’s unavailability, additional delivery charges will be applied for 2nd attempt delivery, or the customer can choose to self-collect their goods.

Return

​

Products sold are guaranteed to be fresh upon delivery. If there is any quality issue with the delivered product, please provide photos of the said item together with the packaging box and send it to us within 24 hours prior product delivered. A 1 to 1 exchange will be carried out once the product is proven to be defective. Rawang Seafood reserve the right to research original purchase, limit and decline a refund.
